Wellness Spa & Bodywork Studio · Est. 2019

Where the water
slows, so do you.

Nordic-Japanese bodywork rituals in a quiet stone-and-cedar studio. Arrive early. Leave lighter. Nothing here is rushed — including you.

Breathe in

The Studio

Stillness is a practice, not a pause.

Stillwater Rituals sits behind a cedar gate on Alder Mill Lane — six treatment rooms, a rain-fed soaking tub, and a tea lounge that smells faintly of yuzu and pine. Our therapists train in both Nordic deep-tissue traditions and Japanese energetic bodywork, and every visit begins the same way: warm tea, quiet conversation, and no clock in sight.

We keep bookings deliberately sparse. You will never pass another guest in the corridor, and your treatment ends in the rest lounge, not at the till.

Your Visit

The shape of a ritual

Every visit follows the same gentle arc, so you always know what comes next — and never have to think about it.

  1. Arrive & Tea

Come fifteen minutes early. Shoes off, phone away, warm cup of hojicha in hand.

  2. Consultation

A quiet conversation about your body, your week, and what pressure feels right today.

  3. Treatment

Your ritual unfolds at your pace. Speak, or say nothing at all — both are welcome.

  4. Rest Lounge

Recline with tea and dried fruit for as long as you like. Nobody will hurry you.
