The shelf room
One of each. When it's gone, it waits for the next firing.
Small-batch cadence
We fire roughly every three weeks and put everything out at once. First come, first served — the shelves usually thin out by noon.
Hands at work
This batch began as 60 kilos of Danish stoneware clay, wedged on a rainy Tuesday. Two weeks at the wheel, a week drying under cloth, then the bisque firing — and finally the part we can't fully control: 1,240 °C and eleven hours in the kiln, where the Tomato glaze decides whether it runs orange or rust.
No two pieces come out alike. That's not a flaw in the process. It is the process.
